The annual price covers access to the platform (Personal free, Professional €1,200/year, Enterprise €12,000/year). It does not include AI model credits, which are consumed from a separate prepaid wallet and topped up independently via Stripe. Add-ons such as Priority Support, extended maintenance packs or training days are also separate.
Yes. CREIMS + D-One Assistant is available as a standalone AI Support CRM module, deployable with a single Docker Compose without the full AGI-ONE stack. It uses its own pricing model and can be integrated with any web portal in hours. Learn more about the AI Support CRM module.
After 5 years of Enterprise use, your customised installation — custom agents, integrations, configurations, knowledge base — becomes a company-owned asset. You can maintain it independently, evolve it internally, or continue with us on new terms. It's a "positive lock-in" model: the more you use AGI-ONE, the more proprietary value you build — and you're never hostage to the vendor.
The Personal plan is permanently free and requires no credit card. For Professional and Enterprise, we offer a structured demo and a scoped pilot period — contact us to define the scope based on your use case and infrastructure. Beta participants get priority onboarding and direct team access.
AI credits are per tenant (your AGI-ONE instance), not per individual user. All users within a tenant share the same credit wallet. Each credit top-up adds to the shared pool. Local models (Ollama, ComfyUI) don't consume credits at all — usage is free and unlimited within your infrastructure.
